Inserting your Scleral Lenses

The following video may be helpful you in inserting your scleral lenses.

All of our patients are taught how to insert and remove their scleral lens. The average time needed to insert a scleral lens is a matter of seconds. Even less time is needed for removal of the lenses. The rubber appliances with the holes in the center are used for lens insertion. The appliance without the hole is used for removal of the GVR scleral lens. This last appliance is also shown at bottom.

EyePrintPro technology creates a scleral lens based on a mold of the cornea. The molding is accurate to 1 or 2 microns and fits perfectly because it exactly mirrors the irregularities of the individual corneal surface. The technology is well suited for post-Lasik, Keratoconus, RK, eye injury, and corneal transplant patients. Read More in this PDF about EyePrintPro Scleral Lens Technology
